RULEAD, a big scammer and a non-paying advertiser. Rulead is a Big liar and cheater as they keep delaying our payments. We stopped working with them on Feb 20 cause they were paying us in 6 months where we agreed to work on NET 30. Now, we have some amount left with them. They hardly reply to us and kept on giving us lame excuses. However, they have paid their other affiliates for the same offer just because they are their active affiliates and we are not working with them anymore. This shows how biased they are in their work and how hard it gets to make an exit for an affiliate from RULEAD. (Also, our manager Kris left the job and denies to take accountability) I warn you not to work with them and convey the same message to all your advertisers and publishers.
