They guys never paid $13,500+. It was simple, even no complex story about how did they do that. I proposed them my adult traffic. I explained them what is traffic source, how is it generated and how much I have. They agreed. They created private offer for me, because my scale is big. I sent them traffic during 3 months. They encouraged me to send more. They said that they will pay soon. And they never did. They don't answer me last month. I attach screenshot of my VIP Response dashboard to proof it. Don't work with these people if you don't want to repeat my story.
