We've had an absolutely aweful experience with this lot. Prepaid them for leads, which we ended up deciding not to go forward with. Requested refund, and after being led from pillar to post by Adinda and Ian (who is extremely rude), eventually they offered us a repayment programme, which we refused. So then they just didn't pay us back at all. A few more months go by, and after threatening legal action, they eventually start on making some payments. But after 3 weeks, stopped paying again. Zero communication as to why they stopped. They don't bother replying to most emails. No initiative, no attempt at trying to maintain a healthy relationship with their paying customers. We have commenced legal action to retrieve the balance due, which is a waste of everyone's time and money.
