Switched from JuicyAds to TrafficStars last month. The fill rate on TS is way better for my mobile traffic (about 95% fill). I was leaving money on the table before. The dashboard is easy to read, and I like that I can withdraw via Bitcoin. If you have decent Tier 1 traffic, you'll see good rates.
