Not too long ago, Offermobi was acquired by a large Australian company called Moko.mobi. Whatever you may have heard about the owners in the past, just forget about it. I've been with them for about 3 months now and I'm getting paid weekly (because I asked my rep to set that up), even though I'm not making huge money but only a couple hundred per week. Normally, payout is NET30, and the minimum payout is $100 now (previously $50). I got an account rep after I had been making daily conversions for a while. They will answer all your questions, deal with issues and recommend high converting campaigns for you, if you ask. Once, I didn't get payment on time, with the explanation that paypal was holding it. I switched my payment method to direct deposit and asked them to try again. It took half a week longer than normal, but the money arrived. Just know this if you have paypal set up with them and don't get your payment on time. I actually asked my rep about the bad reviews and he said that the people whining here are either black hatters (for which offermobi has zero tolerance) or people with small amounts of money in their account. While offermobi doesn't have as many offers as some other networks, they haven't failed me.
