Once again, I have had nothing but GREAT experience with Mobpartner. I am not sure what number you are dialing or what customer support rep you are getting but any time I have a question/query/issue, which is rare, they have always had a min of a 24hr return time, many times sooner. They are located in Paris so if you are on a different time zone...expect a short wait. Again, I make a very decent ROI with them and they are honest, and one of the best CPA networks around. If you are not making money with them, then you are doing something wrong and don't understand the mobile industry. It takes time and YES sometimes you lose money. Know your market, split test you product and above all BE NICE to your aff manager!
