What's great is the leads are inbound calls — that right there is a quality filter, so you don't get people just applying for no reason, just "for the sake of it". Another perk is that they accept traffic from all sorts of sources without any restrictions. The one rule is you have to work clean; play dirty and they'll shut you down.
