I've been working with Madrivo for 9 months (Oct 2015). As far as media agencies go, I haven't found any others that meet their standards. At first I thought they were a little tough to join, as the AM (Jason Holmes) had a ton of questions, and needed references for whatever reason. Now having joined the team, I see why they are, how they are. I've never had payment issues, my AM is on top of my needs without me having to ask everyday for offers, when I have questions, they are answered quickly and I'm an impatient person. I like the fact that their exclusive offers aren't used as a carrot to entice you to join, you actually get to run them. There were some tracking issues months 1 & 2, and I wasn't pleased...come to find out, it was on my side. And yes, I apologized for getting a little crazy. But I saw that Jason was concerned that there were issues, no fingers were pointed regarding who was at fault, he just dug in and found out where the problem was. They seem to have a close relationship with the advertisers which is a big green light to me. They know my needs, they know the advertisers needs/wants, and they capitalize on it. I haven't become a millionaire yet with them, but all graphs are up and to the right. I work with 3 affiliate networks, and if 2016 ends as planned, Madrivo will have my full and undivided attention. I hate writing reviews because it always seems like its forced, but since they have my back and my best interest at hand, it's a pleasure doing this.
