My Experience with eBay Partner Network: Extremely Disappointing and Unfair I joined the eBay Partner Network with high hopes, expecting a reliable affiliate platform backed by a well-known global brand. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After working hard to drive traffic and earn commissions, my account was suddenly closed. The reason? According to their support, my country is not supported. Oddly enough, this information wasn’t made clear during the signup process. If you don’t support a country, why allow registration in the first place? To make things worse, they claimed I would still receive the pending payout I had earned before the account was closed. Weeks passed and nothing arrived. I followed up, only to be told I needed to submit U.S. tax documents (W-9), despite not being a U.S. resident. How does that make any sense? You close my account because I’m not in the U.S., then ask for U.S. tax forms to release payment? What’s even more shocking is how EPN seems to look for any excuse to shut down accounts: “Suspicious traffic” even when all referrals are organic “Inactive account” after just a few days of no clicks “Non-compliant region” even though there’s no warning about this upfront Or simply: “violation of terms” without any specific explanation It feels like they’re just trying to avoid paying affiliates by throwing out vague, baseless reasons. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support responses make it impossible to trust this platform. I strongly caution anyone considering EPN to think twice. You could do everything right, generate real results, and still lose your earnings over a “policy” you never even knew existed.
