The managers are Dariia S. and Anton Vyshnevskyi. You can easily find their profiles on LinkedIn. They also own the ThunderTraffic network, where a similar situation occurred but for a smaller amount of $380 USD. I recommend not to cooperate with these networks in order to avoid such situations.
