I've been with CrakRevenue for 6 months plus now. I usually make a little over $100 every two weeks sometimes a little less. I really like their offers & I have been doing fairly well with the PPL signups. This week I received an email from Charles "Not enough of the leads generated by your traffic have converted into paying customers." Charles changed my links to a different PPL advertisement unfortunately the change will not allow me to use those links on Twitter where I drive most of my traffic. At any rate I was willing to work with CrakRevenue so I changed many of my links PPL links over to Revshare this was on 2/11/2014. I sent Charles back a lengthy email explaining everything & he did not respond. I get an email today 2/14/2014 stating "for the moment I have deactivated the PPL offers in your account. This will be effective starting today." This was basically what Charles had already stated on the 11th & this is why I moved my links over to Revshare. I really do not have an issue with doing this; however they also state "P.s : A check at your name has been sent a few days back but DO NOT cash it because it already been canceled. If you cash this check you will only have to pay cancellation over fees." Since I only get paid every 30 days I have quite a bit of money sitting in my account. I am sorry my leads have not generated enough payouts & I am writing to work with you guys; but I must be paid for the money I have already earned! CrakRevenue stresses "If you have any questions or if you would like to discuss your marketing strategy, don't hesitate to contact our affiliate manager." This is very difficult since when one emails them you do not get a timely response & then when you do get a response it's from someone else each time. You state in your email "Also, we would appreciate it if you could provide us as much information as possible about your marketing strategies and traffic sources." If you would take the time to read the emails I sent to Charles which were ignored this was partially explained. I initially had a problem with support as because I needed to have my email changed & it took them a very long time. It only got changed after I contacted Vincent. If you all no longer wanting me working for your company please close my account; but it is of paramount importance that I be paid for the money I have already earned.
