Go see an attorney about civil litigation, claims, etc.. Get some options. Take COLLECTIONS action. There are tons of hard-core collections agencies that will go after this guy with power. Do a quick google search. You only pay a % of what they collect. Still it is better than nothing, because NOTHING is what this guy is going to pay without force!
