Mixed experience. CityAds processed my earlier payout requests (496461 and 493009) normally, so the network does pay. But request 545539, created 06.03.2025, has now been stuck "On output" for over a year. My account manager was responsive until around mid-2025 and then went silent. The only reply I've had since was support admitting they are still having difficulties releasing funds, with no resolution and no payment timeline. I've offered to take payment by wire, PayPal, Capitalist, or USDT, whatever is easiest on their side, and still nothing. I would gladly change this review to positive the day it is settled. Posting only because months of direct contact have gone nowhere.
