Well, despite the fact that design looks quite childish, this network seems to be more than legit. Decided to check it a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I signed up their manager contacted me and checked my traffic source. Their monetization scheme is based on a smartlink with 3 particular groups of offers: install, dating and adult. I opted for dating in order to run a test with some volumes of bought social media. Eventually, the CPM was not so bad as I expected, furthermore within two days it appeared to be quite appropriate.
