I'm a pretty small fish and had sent $60 worth of credit report leads to them in December. Their threshold is $100, so I didn't meet it. I IM'd Jared asking if there was any way I could get paid, and he responds instantly saying he will call accounting. 5 minutes later he tells me he sorted everything out and to update my PayPal info on my account because I'd be getting paid tomorrow. They probably literally made ~$7 from my leads but still had top notch support, will definitely be working with them in the future.
