AdsKeeper is worth trying. The easiest way to start scaling your winning campaign is by raising the daily budget or bidding on your very best placements. Every day I check all the reports about my campaigns, and if I see the "winner" I Increase the daily budget, and if it’s still profitable, I try to increase it even more. I like to do experiments with bids, gradually lowering or raising them in order to get higher placements.
